"Romain is in charge of the firm's litigation practice. He has particular expertise in complex financial cases involving digital assets. He advises clients on their complex recovery strategies, as well as before the criminal courts and financial regulators (AMF, ACPR).

Expertises :

Before co-founding ORWL, Romain worked for three years as a judicial assistant to magistrates at the Cour d’Appel, before joining a law firm practicing before the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation. He also has experience in the regulatory department of an international business law firm, where he mainly dealt with banking and financial litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Romain holds a master’s degree in economic law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Paris.

He teaches law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and regularly takes part in think tanks about digital investigation and digital asset litigation (Association francophone de l’investigation numérique). Romain is involved in legal and doctrinal reflection and publishes articles on a regular basis.”

Activité d’enseignement :

Romain est chargé d’enseignement à l’Université. Il est également membre du barreau pénal et intervient régulièrement sur les thématiques du contentieux du numériques et de la cybercriminalité (Association francophone de l’investigation numérique).
