Imane Dahmani is an associate in ORWL’s regulatory team. She advises the firm’s clients on aligning their activities with financial regulations.

Imane has specific expertise in supporting projects through the licensing process as crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), payment institutions (PIs), or electronic money institutions (EMIs) before financial and banking regulators. She also advises on AML/CFT compliance programmes and helps secure the contractual frameworks used by crypto-industry stakeholders.

Imane holds a Master’s degree in European Market and Regulation Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Prior to joining ORWL, she worked at a financial regulator and within a crypto-focused fintech
