Ségolène is a litigation associate at ORWL.
Ségolène represents clients in civil and commercial litigation at all stages of the dispute process, from pre-litigation through to court proceedings before French jurisdictions. Her practice covers civil and commercial disputes, image rights, and online reputation matters.
She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Industrial Property Law from Université Paris-Saclay, as well as a university diploma in legal advisory for innovative businesses. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.
