During the Ethereum Community Conférence in Paris, William gives a talk about the way to build the relevant legal strategy for the crypto-related project.

After having presented the main regulatory challenge — AML/CFT, Virtual Assets Services provider licensing, and GDPR compliance  — William disclosed some tips coming from his experience supporting the crypto project for more than three years before the regulators. 

Finally, William stress out that project in the crypto field needs to have a regulatory legal strategy (over 3 or 5 years) with a risks based approach to address a blurry legal environment.
